Biomass Briquettes
Tamuwa briquettes are compressed biomass fuel made from sugarcane bagasse — a residue from sugar production.

Tamuwa supplies high-quality biomass fuels made from agricultural residues.
Tamuwa supplies industrial-grade briquettes and pellets engineered for predictable combustion, efficient handling, and dependable thermal performance across sectors.
Tamuwa briquettes are compressed biomass fuel made from sugarcane bagasse — a residue from sugar production.

Tamuwa pellets are small, uniform fuel cylinders produced from compressed biomass.

Tamuwa premium briquettes are engineered to deliver reliable heat output and consistent combustion performance for institutional and industrial energy systems.
Typical Applications: Industrial boilers, processing furnaces, institutional kitchen stoves, biomass heating systems.
900 – 1,200 kg/m³
Higher density allows for longer burn duration and more stable combustion.

8 – 12%
Lower moisture improves combustion efficiency and reduces smoke.

4,000–4,800 kcal/kg
Indicates the heat energy released during combustion.

2 – 5%
Residual material after combustion.

From sugar mills to institutional energy systems, each stage ensures consistent fuel performance and reliable supply.

Sugarcane residue (bagasse) is collected from partner sugar mills after crushing, when fibre is separated from juice. This agricultural by-product is gathered, stored, and prepared as the primary input for Tamuwa’s biomass fuel production.
By using bagasse that would otherwise go under-used, Tamuwa turns mill waste into a structured, traceable feedstock for renewable thermal energy.
Tamuwa biomass fuels power a wide range of institutional and industrial applications.
